Prior to Centenary: Competed for the Athletes in Motion gym club and head coaches Shelley Swanson and Michelle Wag in Prairieville, Louisiana... Qualified for Regionals every year between 2015-2018, competing at Eastern Nationals in level 9 in 2016... Qualified for Regionals on floor from 2009-2011 and for the 2010 Western Nationals and the 2011 Junior Olympic Nationals on the apparatus... In 2016, won on beam at the Regionals and Eastern Nationals... Also at Nationals that year, finished as a silver medalist on floor.

Hey Centenary Ladies fans! This is your sophomore Sierra Ponder coming at you with this week’s Gym talk! The Ladies have been killing it in the gym by completing harder assignments and focusing on our studies as our midterm exams have been approaching. Shout out to all of the Ladies for being such fighters over this week and really taking it up a notch.

The Centenary Ladies Gymnastics Team, under the direction of head coach eighth year head coach Jackie Fain, introduced the three newcomers for the 2019 season Thursday, October 18. The three newcomers are Xian Baumgartner from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kendall Knapps from Prairieville, Louisiana, and Kendall Sanders from Bulverde, Texas.
