Shreveport - The Centenary women's basketball team will face the Millsaps College Majors in a non-conference contest on Friday at 5 p.m. in the Gold Dome.

The Ladies (1-7) will play their final game of the calendar year against the Majors (8-1) as they are meeting for the second time this season after Millsaps defeated Centenary 81-59 in the Belhaven Hoops Classic on Nov. 23.
Centenary enters Friday's action having lost six in a row and is 0-3 at home this season. Millsaps has won seven games in a row and is 3-0 on the road so far this season.

Scoring: Freshman G Nevaeh Rivera (Rosepine, La.) – 12.5 PPG
Rebounding: Freshman F Shyanne Phillips (Leesville, La.) – 10.8 RPG
Assists: Rivera – 2.3/game
Blocks: Junior F Kyra Stokes (Shreveport, La.) – 0.7/game
Steals: Rivera – 3.3/game
Phillips is second on the team in scoring (11.3 PPG) and junior G Amiyah Barrow (Baton Rouge, La.) is third on the team in scoring, averaging 8.4 PPG. Junior F Layla Powell (Fort Worth, Texas) is averaging 7.5 PPG and freshman F Anaya Yunusah (New Orleans, La.) averages 6.0 PPG, freshman G Kaysharia Woods (Zachary, La.) averages 4.6 PPG and freshman G Alexis Duhon (Westlake, La.) is averaging 3.3 PPG.
The Ladies are averaging 58.9 PPG, shooting 31.4 % from the floor, 16.3 % from beyond the arc, 68.5 % from the free-throw line, and average 41.5 rebounds/game.
