2017 Freshman Season: Played in 18 games with 13 starts… Tallied a pair of goals and one assists on the season, including a game winner on her first collegiate goal in a 2-1 win against Austin College September 8… Netted the advancing penalty kick in the Ladies scoreless tie against Southwestern in the quarterfinals of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament November 3… Took 19 shots for the season, 10 of which were on goal… Named to the Scholar’s List by the SCAC.

Prior to Centenary: Played center midfield and forward for head coach Pedro Bueno at Langham Creek High School... Made the academic Honor Roll all four years and was named Academic All-District Honorable Mention (2014-16) All-District Second Team (2017)... Also played for the Club Team Albion.

Personal: Birthday is November 25... Born in Mexico City, Mexico... The daughter of Teresa Alvarez and Tomas Fonseca, she has one brother, Rogelio Fonseca. At Centenary, intends to major in biology.
