The Tigers are atop the D3hoops.com NCAA III poll this week and won the first meeting with the Ladies, 100-42 last month at home.
Freshman G Amiyah Barrow (Baton Rouge, La.) led the Ladies with 14 points against Colorado College and freshman G TaNyjah Plumber (Kinder, La.) was right behind her with 13. Barrow reached double figures in scoring for the seventh time this season and added four rebounds, three assists, and a steal in 27 minutes on 6-10 shooting and hit a pair of treys in four attempts. Barrow is in the midst of an impressive rookie season as she is averaging 8.8 PPG, 3.8 RPG, and 1.6 assists per game. She is the third-best free throw shooter in the league at 76.6 %, ranks 20th in the league in scoring and 14th in FG percentage (40.6 %).
Plumber played 33 minutes and was 4-10 overall with all four makes coming in eight attempts from beyond the arc. She was 1-2 at the FT line with two assists, a rebound, and a steal. Her four treys are a single-game season high.
Sophomore G Alana Jones (Shreveport, La.) scored seven points with three boards, both of the Ladies' blocked shots, and a steal in 38 minutes as she scored all seven of her points from the FT line in eight attempts. Sophomore G Dymon Drumgo (Alexandria, La.) and freshman G Brailey Major (Opelousas, La.) each scored four points, freshman G Madison Davis (Shreveport, La.) had three, and the Ladies got two points apiece from freshman F Kyra Stokes (Shreveport, La.), senior F Amelia Bagwell (West Monroe, La.), and freshman G Olivia Sepulvado (Zwolle, La.).

She has six double-digit scoring performances and four double-doubles this season. Jones grabbed a career-high 21 rebounds in a 102-101 loss versus Birmingham-Southern back on Nov. 27, which is the second-most rebounds by a SCAC women's basketball player in a game this season. Those 21 rebounds are also the fourth-most in a single game in program history as she matches Anne Farrell's record set on Feb. 19, 2011.
Jones, one of the top all-around players in the conference, ranks in the top 10 in seven different statistical categories, and is 13th in assists and in the top 20 in scoring.
