The Ladies dropped to 0-7 on the season with the home loss after LSU posted top-three scores in all four events.
Centenary, as a team performed its best on the Floor exercise with a 48.150 score, while LSU was better at 49.050. Sophomore Melody Smith earned the Ladies best score with a 9.775, followed by senior Whitney Daugherty's 9.725. Tiger Susan Jackson placed first with a 9.900.
On Vault, Centenary totaled 47.875 to LSU's 49.125. Ladies' freshman Amanda Holt earned a 9.700, while Smith scored a 9.575. LSU's Erika Garcia won the event with a 9.800.
Centenary struggled a bit on the Bars and Beam with scores of 45.650 and 45.025, respectively, while LSU finished with scores of 49.075 and 49.175. Junior Makensie Lant earned a 9.675 for the Ladies top Bar routine, while freshman Brittany Adams finished with a second-best 9.325. Jackson won the event with a 9.900.
Freshman Jessica Lieblich scored a 9.525 on Beam and junior Marisa Schneider scored a 9.075 for Centenary's best Beam routines. Samantha Engle of LSU took home first with a 9.925.
Lieblich qualified as Centenary's only All-Around performer, finishing in third place with a four-event total of 36.050. She followed Jackson in first with a 39.500 score and Sabrina Franceschelli with a 39.125 for second.
Centenary will continue its quest for its first win as it hits the road to Missouri to take on the Tigers on Sunday.
