The Ladies trailed winner and host TWU with a score of 193.275. Illinois State finished second with a 193.150, while SEMO took third with a 193.000. Illinois-Chicago placed fourth ahead of Centenary with a 191.325.
Centenary junior Makensie Lant was the Ladies top individual score on the Bars with a 9.625 good enough for a 12th place tie. Freshman teammate Brittany Adams finished 20th with a 9.500, while Emily Mann of SEMO took top honors with a 9.800.
On Vault, Centenary was led by senior Whitney Daugherty, junior Marisa Schneider and freshman Jessica Lieblich with a three-way tie for 17th overall and a score of 9.675. Marcella Fallon of TWU placed first with a high 9.875.
Lieblich paced the Ladies on the Beam with a 9.500 and a tie for 13th overall, while Schneider's 9.450 and sophomore Lauren Carlton's 9.325, placed them 13th and 20th, respectively. Melissa Mann of Illinois State won first on the Beam with a 9.775.
Freshman Amanda Holt took 15th place on the Floor exercise with a team-best 9.600, while sophomore Melody Smith and Schneider each scored a 9.550 for 17th place. Kristin Edwards of TWU captured first with a 9.850.
Lieblich and Schneider each competed as Centenary's All-Around performers as they placed 7th and 8th with scores of 37.925 and 37.900. TWU's Brittany Johnson won the All-Around with a four-event total of 38.850.
