Centenary Ladies Gym Talk: Sept. 13 Edition
Hey there Ladies fans, it’s Knaps back with this week’s Gym Talk! I don’t know how or when this happened, but I’m a Senior. It seems like yesterday I was walking into the gym for the first time so excited to practice with my new teammates. These years have been nothing but amazing and I am so excited for what this year has in store.

It seems like yesterday I was walking into the gym for the first time so excited to practice with my new teammates. These years have been nothing but amazing and I am so excited for what this year has in store.
With that being said, let's take a look into what the Ladies have done this week! We started off the week with a very fun Movie Night Monday in the team room. Of course, we watched a classic and I bet you can guess… Stick It! Not only did we watch the movie and know the dialogue word for word, my fellow seniors and I had a fun activity planned. We made throwback Ribbon tied Flip-Flops. They all turned out so cute and it was a great few hours spent as a team! We also had a nice relaxing off weekend and Labor Day Holiday. A lot of us spent it preparing for the upcoming week of school and practice. Also, over the Labor Day weekend we celebrated (My Sister) Lacey Wedge's 20th Birthday. We got together and had a meal to celebrate her and of course a photo shoot in the blistering heat followed.
I need to give shout out Taylor Ann because she has been working hard in and out of the gym. I am so proud of her and her accomplishments. I hope she continues to grow her gymnastics resume of awards in this upcoming season! Keep up the hard work twinny!
We are back in the gym this weekend and Sister Reveal is coming soon! We have a lot to look forward to in these next few weeks!
