Baseball Splits DH On Saturday Against LeTourneau
The Centenary baseball team split a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader against LeTourneau University on Saturday, falling 5-3 in game one and responding with a 12-2 blowout via run-rule fashion in eight innings in game two at Shehee Stadium.

Shreveport - The Centenary baseball team split a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader against LeTourneau University on Saturday, falling 5-3 in game one and responding with a 12-2 blowout via run-rule fashion in eight innings in game two at Shehee Stadium.
The Diamond Gents (9-12, 4-8 SCAC) were blanked 12-0 in seven innings on Friday evening in the series opener by the YellowJackets (11-9, 9-6 SCAC) and are 4-3 at home this season.
Centenary takes a break from league play to face the Millsaps College Majors in a non-conference contest on Tuesday in Jackson, Miss. at 4 PM. The Diamond Gents blasted the Majors 12-2 in their home opener on Feb. 17.
