Baseball Schedule For Weekend Altered Due To Expected Weather
The schedule for the Centenary-University of the Ozarks baseball series this weekend at Shehee Stadium has been revised due to the possibility of inclement weather.
Shreveport - The schedule for the Centenary-University of the Ozarks baseball series this weekend at Shehee Stadium has been revised due to the possibility of inclement weather.
The series between the Diamond Gents (18-19, 13-14 SCAC) and Eagles (12-25, 6-21 SCAC) will begin with a single game on Thursday at 7 PM. Game two is tentatively scheduled for NOON on Friday and game three at 1 PM on Saturday. Friday and Saturday's start times could be changed due to weather.
Centenary is currently in a three-way tie for seventh place in the conference standings as the regular season concludes this weekend. The Diamond Gents are fighting for a berth into the SCAC Championship set for April 30-May 3 in Cleburne,Texas. The double-elimination tournament will feature six teams.
