Shreveport – Junior Amy Foret (Bedford, Texas) is this week's recipient of the Coaches' Choice Award, the Midwest Independent Conference announced on Wednesday.
Foret earned one of the four individual honors that the conference chooses on a weekly basis and received it for the second time in her career. She is the third Centenary gymnast to win the award this season, joining senior Emma Lavelle (Mandeville, La.) and sophomore Olivia Williams (Cape Coral, Fla.).
Foret, who made her 2025 debut last weekend after being injured at the beginning of the season, scored a season high on beam and made her season debut on floor and vault.
The Ladies are back home on Saturday to face Texas Woman's University in its annual Alumni Meet/Sylvia Keiter Memorial Meet set for 4 p.m. at the Gold Dome.
