Ladies Fall Twice On Saturday
The Centenary volleyball team dropped a pair of non-conference matches on Saturday in the Millsaps College Volleyball Invitational, falling 3-0 to the Belhaven University Blazers and 3-0 to the Huntingdon College Hawks inside Charles R. Rugg Arena on the Belhaven campus.

Jackson, Miss. - The Centenary volleyball team dropped a pair of non-conference matches on Saturday in the Millsaps College Volleyball Invitational, falling 3-0 to the Belhaven University Blazers and 3-0 to the Huntingdon College Hawks inside Charles R. Rugg Arena on the Belhaven campus.
The Ladies (1-4) lost their two matches on Friday - 3-0 to the host Majors and 3-0 to the Lyon College Scots inside the Hangar Dome on the Millsaps campus.
Match One Recap: Belhaven 3 Centenary 0
The Blazers opened the match with a 25-15 win in set one, won set two by a 25-9 score, and closed out the sweep in set three, 25-13.
The Ladies tallied 16 digs, 16 kills, 14 assists, and four aces while the Blazers recorded 37 kills, 36 assists, 34 digs, and 15 aces.
Belhaven finished with a .448 hitting % with just seven errors in 67 total attacks while Centenary had 15 errors in 68 total attacks for a hitting % of .015.

Centenary tallied 23 digs, 18 kills, 17 assists, and 10 aces while Huntingdon finished with 31 kills, 28 digs, 23 assists, 14 aces, and a pair of blocks. The Hawks recorded a .163 hitting % (80 total attacks and 18 errors) while the Ladies finished with 18 errors couple with 18 kills in 73 total attacks for a 0.00 %.
