SCAC Announces 2026 Men's Basketball Tournament Bracket
SUWANEE, Ga. -- The SCAC office announced the men's bracket for the 2026 conference basketball tournament, which will begin Friday, Feb. 27 in Conway, Arkansas on the campus of Hendrix College.

The seeds for this year's men's tournament are as follows:
Blue Division
1) LeTourneau (12-4 SCAC; 17-8 overall)
2) Centenary (8-8 SCAC; 10-15 overall)
3) Austin College (7-9 SCAC; 10-15 overall)
Gold Division
1) St. Thomas (16-0 SCAC; 24-1 overall)
2) Concordia (Texas) (14-2 SCAC; 21-4 overall)
3) Colorado College (10-6 SCAC; 12-13 overall)
Both respective division winners - LeTourneau University and University of St. Thomas - will receive first-round byes and won't play until the semifinal round on Saturday. The Celts are ranked fourth in the nation in the most recent D3hoops.com poll, and have been as high as third. In the only regular season matchup of the 2025-26 season between the two divisional winners, St. Thomas defeated LeTourneau, 75-64, just this past Friday in Houston.
The defending SCAC men's champions, St. Thomas is seeking its fourth tournament title since joining the league prior to the 2019-20 season, having won back-to-back championships in 2021 and 2022 prior to last year's title. Selected to finish fourth in its inaugural season as a member of the SCAC, LeTourneau was defeated in the semifinal round of the ASC Tournament a year ago and last won a conference tournament title in 2020.
The winner of this year's championship tournament, which is being hosted by Hendrix College for the first time since 2009, will represent the conference in the NCAA Tournament as the league's automatic qualifier.
Men's quarterfinal action gets underway at Noon CT Friday evening.
